Today’s annual maintenance consisted of two furnaces located in the attic access. I first begin with replacing all four filters in the home to ensure proper airflow is circulating back to the system at minimum restrictions. I then cleared the condensation line for both units, ensuring that they are properly draining both of the thermostats are also properly calling for heat and turning the units on all of the heating sequence of operation successfully checked out, ensuring that the home is being warm to the desired temperature and the flame is safely being ignited. The amps on each system are checking out in good range verifying there’s a controlled voltage being used throughout the system safely. Overall, both of these furnaces are operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance.
