2009/ 4 ton Upon arrival Klein for me, system is not blowing cool air with further investigation found major short at capacitor also found contactor out of range. Recommended and replaced 55/5uF capacitor, 40A contactor and added hard start kit, repaired burnt wires Also signed up client on Heights family comfort Plant monthly membership. Performed semi annual cooling service on Goodman split heat Cleared condensation line and replaced 20 x 20 filter. Located within the air handler garage up flow. Cycled equipment followed cooling sequence of operation check refrigerant/temperature split compressor amps and voltage. Condenser coil. Thermostat checked out OK. Cooling equipment is now operating efficiently and within limits.
