Performed a heating maintenance on a split system gas furnace located in attic. Checked sequence of operations by checking all electrical and temperature rise. At this time system is heating up the house properly reaching designated temperature on thermostat. I showed him picture blower motor run. Capacitor is still within range. Inform client would recommend replacing in the future as typically blower motor run capacitors have 5 to 6 year lifespan in the desert, finish maintenance by cleaning out, condensation line and choosing out filter.
