Performed annual maintenance on two 2004 Bryant split systems units. Changed out 20x30, 14x14, and 14x24 filters. Followed the sequence of operations, including flame ignition, safety switches, and blower motor speeds. No active alerts were detected on the system. Temperature rise measured at 50°F. Cleared condensation lines to ensure proper drainage. At the client’s request, checked for gas leaks; no leaks or strong gas odors were found. System is operating within normal range and working properly at this time of service.
