Performed annual heating maintenance on 3) Goodman heat pump units. 3) upflow FAUs are located in hallway mechanical closet, garage, and outdoor closet by 2) condensers. Replaced 2) 20x20 and 16x20 filters located at FAUs filter cabinets. Cleared all condensation lines. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, temperature rise, Freon levels, and dusted off electrical compartments. Found 45/5uF capacitor for S#8522 to be below manufacturer specifications, informed, recommended and replaced capacitor with clients verbal authorization. Tested and cycled equipment. Ecobee thermostats checked out operational. All systems are working properly in heating at this time of service.
