Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2006 Weatherking furnace. Replaced 20x30 filter located in hallway ceiling. FAU attic access is located in hallway. Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operation is working properly. Checked capacitor for blower motor. Checked and detected zero carbon monoxide. Checked temperature rise. Cleared condensation lines. Honeywell thermostats checked out okay. System is working properly in heating at this time of service. Schedule cooling maintenance with client on site.
