Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one ream furnace located in the attic axis. The amps on the motor are checking out safely, ensuring that there is a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit. Overall, this rear furnace is operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance.
