Performed annual maintenance on 2018 York upflow located in closet in hallway. Changed out 20x25 filter in fau. Followed sequence of operation checked safety switches, gas valve, and flame ignition. Cleared condensation line to drain properly. Sensi thermostat checked in range reaching desired set point . Maintenance ductless unit filters and coils. No error codes on board. System is operating properly at this time of service .
