Performed a heating maintenance on a heat pump American standard unit. At this time system is heating up the house properly. Also due to temperatures outside check system while in full mode and check all outdoor electrical components are shown in pictures at this time. System is working within specifications. Did inform client about age and condition of outdoor unit. Finish maintenance by changing out filter and cleaning out condensation line.
