Performed annual maintenance on 2024 American standard heat pump split system. Changed out 20x30 an 14x14, and 10x10 filters. Followed sequence of operations checked temperature rise 40, duct work, electrical components, and blower motor speeds. 1050 checked operational finding no active alerts on system. System is operating properly at this time of service. Client renewed comfort plan. Maintenance mini split filters and coils. Booked client in advance for July 10th.
