Found. Honeywell 6000 thermostat in living room on compressor 5 minute delay and when it ended thermostat display went blank then restarted the delay. This means high current draw on low voltage wire. Could smell electrical burn smell at contactor for unit #EN3F. Labeled at breaker as AC #2. Checked resistance and found it very low, failed contactor. Replaced and tested. All loads operational. 24° temperature split. System is now cooling properly. Recommended and signed up for Hyde’s comfort club maintenance plan for 2 units. Homeowner to reach out and schedule first maintenance.
