Performed annual maintenance on 2025 American standard split system. Changed out 24x24 filters. Followed sequence of operations checked blower motor speeds temperature rise, and electrical components. Cleared out condensation line to drain properly. S200 Honeywell thermostat checked operational reaching desired set point and no active alerts on system. Checked cooling temperature split 20 differential. System is operating cooling & heating properly.
