Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one American standard furnace located in the attic access. I first begin with replacing the two filters in the home to ensure proper airflow circulating back to the system at minimum restrictions and then make sure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on all of the heating sequence of operations have successfully checked out, verify that the home is being warm safely to the desired temperature, the amperage is incorrect range confirming there is a controlled voltage being used throughout the system, and the temperature supply check is in the correct range as well. The condensation line is cleared and properly draining at this time of maintenance overall this American standard furnace is operating to the manufacture specs at this time of preventative maintenance.
