Jonathan is one of the rare commodities still practicing in the service technician field demonstrating unparalleled technical excellence combined with outstanding customer service. He arrived on time, did a quick and thorough review of the systems and discussed what his service plan would be. He advised me that putting a condensate overflow shut-off would be advised for one of the units with problematic drainage due to marginal fall and at my prompting discussed the benefits of having the same units installed on the remaining AC units that did not have them. Jonathan provided a tutorial on filter elements and why high performance filters can create problems with higher static pressure leading to premature system failure. At no time did he try to upsell any features or add ons but quickly and thoroughly checked the heating and blower system to assure optimum performance. He also noted that the split unit in the garage could be turned off in the winter to save on energy costs since those units only provide cooling. I have never had such a thorough and complete service as provided by Jonathan. He should get a raise.
