Performed an heating maintenance on American standard platinum split heat pump. Changed 20 x 25 filter located in filter rack. Check amps and volts for compressor and condenser fan motor. Checked CDA at operation. Checked superheat, sub, cool, and pressures. Check American standard 1050 thermostat for any error codes no error codes were present nor did system display any past error code. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and heating properly at time service. Client is not scheduling any further maintenance at this time.
