Performed a heating maintenance on 2004 Trane package unit, changed filter, filter located on hallway ceiling, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, followed sequence of operation, check for carbon monoxide, check for capacitor, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
