Performed heating maintenance on American standard upflow gas furnace and package unit heat pump on floor for back casita area. Cleaned washable filter and changed 18x18 filter. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned out burner and electrical compartments. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, heat/temp rises. Gas pressure , polarity, flame sensor. Thermostats working properly. Both systems are heating properly at time of maintenance.
