Scheduled appointment was for Heating service, in the middle of performing service. Member stated he wanted cooling to be performed. Ambient temperature outside 79°, performed cooling maintenance verified refrigerant levels and took temperature splits, checked start and run capacitors, checked evaporator and blower for cleanliness, found biological growth on system serial number 556L as well as both evaporator coil’s dirty, Home only had 24 x 24 filter in registers did not have filters inside (3)6 x 20 or 12 x 12 members have done/finishing up with remodeling the phone, put in standard light filters, and recommended cleaning both Eva coils to prevent any future issues with heating/cooling due to a congested coil and cooling/cleaning evaporated coil for system 556L will send over estimates. Thermostats checked ok. Systems were cooling home properly at this time of service. Documented all findings and recommendations by photos (reference notes)
