Upon arrival, a further diagnose system before installing new circuit board and discovered rollout switch has been tripped. Reset rollout switch and insured all wires were tight and making good contact. Cycled system three times directly at unit and each time system operated. Also had tenant test system from thermostat. Unit is now operating and heating properly.
