I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced a 20x25 and 16x25 filters. Both the Heating Systems are 2014 and 2000 models located in the garage and outside on the ground. I also flushed both the condensate drains. I found that the blower motor run capacitor for the Living Room Trane Furnace (S#H81G) tested weak and out of manufactures specifications. I recommended and installed new blower run capacitor and tested. Also advised client about not having water safety switches. Client to advise. Both the Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online for Thursday April 16th 2026 between 9-11 am.
