Upon arrival, had tenant turned system on from thermostat and unit operated properly. Checked all wires and connections to make sure they were tight and secure. Also checked supply temperature. Supply temperature is coming out at 124.5°. System is operating and heating properly at this time. Explain to tenant that if unit fails to heat in the morning to leave thermostat as is. No issue was found at this time.
