I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced a 20x30 18x30 and 14x14 Filters. Both Heating Systems are 2021 and over 20 years old models located in the master closet attic. I also flushed the condensate drains. Primary drain drains into master bathroom sink. Client advised of blue fluid stains in casita for ductless mini split. Advised client that at the time of the visit nothing was actively leaking. Reason for blue stains are due to either condensation drain backing up or due to not insulation for refrigeration lines, and lines could be sweating which could be creating the moisture. Advised client that we would need to have a service tech come out and investigate issue further. Client decided to leave as is at this time. Cleaned washable filters for mini split for garage and casita units. Both Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online Wednesday August 19th 2026 between 9-11 am.
