Maintenance for heat on two systems one heat pump, platinum, American standard and one gas furnace Lennox, both located in master bedroom closet attic. Customer supplies filters located at FAU in the attic. Gas furnace cycle that came on in sequence checked inducer fan motor checked amperage to draw check 24 V on the gas valve. System is working properly. Heat pump horizontal system sequencing checked checked relay panel checked zone board for 24 V checked all electrical and safety. Checked outside unit checked compressor amps and Freon and pressure. Both systems are working per manufacture. Specification home is heated properly.
