FRANK WAS VERY GOOD AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR NEW SYSTEM WHICH IS ONLY A YEAR OLD. I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE THAT A NEW UNIT WOULD BE LEAKING FREON WHICH IS THE RESULT OF EITHER A FAULTY UNIT OR FAULTY INSTILLATION. WE PAID ALMOST $11,000 FOR A INSTALLATION THAT SHOULD BE TROUBLE FREE FOR AT LEAST5 YEARS.
