Performed annual heating maintenance on 2) 2022 American Standard Silver heat pumps. Both upflow FAUs are located in garage. Cleared condensation lines from jones valves. Replaced 2) 16x25 filters located at filter cabinets. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitors, temperature rise, Freon levels, and tested blower to 100% to check static pressures. Everything checked out in range. Sensi thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in heating at this time of service. Renewed client to HFCP paid via CC and scheduled cooling maintenance with client on site.
