Percision tune up on 5 ton air conditioning and heating system. Verified equipment is operational at this time. Washed coils, cleared drain lines. Equipment in poor condition well past life expectancy though is operational at this time. Recommend replacing fan motor, capacitors, and compressor saver kit to help extend life of compressor do to most common parts to fail and existing motor in poor condition.
