Performed heating maintenance on (2) Lennox gas heat package units on roof. Replaced (3) filters. Venstar thermostats working properly. Zero carbon monoxide detected. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned out burner compartments. Checked all heating, safety, and electrical components. Both systems/ heaters are working properly at time of maintenance. Found weak capacitor for bedroom unit #7401, recommended and replaced (40/7.5uF). Booked upcoming summer maintenance for Thursday, July 2nd fr9m 8AM - 10AM.
