Today’s an annual heating maintenance consisted of one American standard air handler located in the closet axis I first begin with replacing the one filter in the home to ensure there’s proper airflow, circulating back to the unit at minimum resistance, ensuring that the filter is cleaned helps ensure there is a proper airflow circulating throughout the unit. I then make sure that the Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the system on all of the heating sequence of operation successfully checked out, verifying that the home is being warm to the proper temperature. The temperature supply check is also in the correct range verifying that it is warming to the correct temperature and then I cleared the condensation line to ensure that it is properly draining at this time of preventative maintenance.
