Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2013 Lennox split system. Upflow fau is located in indoor closet. Replaced 20x25 filter located at filter rack and cleared condensation line. Tested water safety switch for proper operation. Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Checked and detected zero carbon monoxide. Checked temperature rise. Thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in heating at this time of service. Renewed HFCP paid via CC. Scheduled cooling maintenance with client on site. Client stated airflow issues with home to master bedroom. Spoke with client about duct modifications and or adding a mini split. Client requested quotes, scheduled salesman to come out next week to provide quotes and more information.
