Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2021 American Standard Platinum Heat pump. Fau is located in laundry room closet. Replaced 20x30 filter located in hallway. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature split, Freon levels, found no error codes on CDA, cleared condensation line, and rinsed condenser coils. Serviced ductless unit and rinsed washable filters. 1050 thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Client stated master bedroom and office are hot spots in the house, client stated previous quote was sent and would like an updated quote. Sent new estimate via email. Estimate is to add a supply and return in master bedroom and add a supply to office.
