Perform heating maintenance on two natural gas furnaces (technician notes). Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. Both system executed the sequence of operation in heating with no carbon monoxide detected in the home. Checked static pressure measurements and blower motor amp draw. Home is locked and secured with key restored to BBQ. Both system systems are heating the home at the time of maintenance.
