Heating maintenance on American Standard platinum split POB system. Air handler is located in hallway closet, changed out 20 x 25 filter located with a filter rack, verified proper operation for water, safety switch, verify proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coil and cleared condensation line. System is within manufacturers specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.
