Heating service on two American Standard split POV systems. Air handlers are located in garage closet, filters are 20 x 25 and located within filter rack, changed filter filters, verified proper operation for water Safety switches, condensation lines were cleared at air handlers. Verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coils, thermostats checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.
