Performed annual heater maintenance on two gas split systems one York and American Standard. Changed 14 x 25 and washed washable filter. Checked amp, volts, capacitor and cleaned electrical and burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressures. Also check temperature rise and all safety switches. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. Both systems are operating and heating properly at time of service.
