🔧 Service Summary Unit: SN**** 4B02F System: Living Room HVAC Client reported no power error on Nest Thermostat. Diagnosed failed transformer with no power at furnace board. After installing test transformer, found defective contactor caused transformer burnout. Replaced transformer and contactor. Thermostat continued to show error. Jumped system at furnace — unit operated normally, confirming thermostat was damaged (common when transformer fails). Replaced with ecobee Thermostat, paired to mobile device, and reviewed settings with client. ✅ Heating and cooling operating properly. 🤝 Client enrolled in Hydes Family Member Club.
