2023 Lennox split system that serves living area was issue system. They stated they had it set for cool and only the blower motor was running, no cool air out of vents just recirculating indoor air. Tested thermostats (Honeywell 6000 older model) to confirm which system it serves. Was able to confirm it was the 2023 Lennox system with upflow ultra low NOx furnace in garage, condenser on side yard in gated area with second system condenser. Lennox condenser. #2158. Checked all vitals: voltages, motor amps, refrigerant charge and temperature split. Did not find anything that would cause this besides maybe some minor brown out, they stated maybe nothing was cooling at one point but house’s power stayed on. Checked and no float switches that could cause intermittent shut off of condenser. Did find 16x25” pleated 3M filters double stacked at filter rack. Removed on as this can cause serious airflow issues, low pressure refrigerant numbers, icing, overheating motors. Went over our Hyde’s Com
