Performed 2 oil furnace pms and 2 a/c pms Brushed and vacuumed flue pipe and heat exchanger Replaced oil filter, nozzle, and strainer Checked all electrical connections and safeties Performed combustion and smoke tests 1st floor-4.0%o2 35ppm co 0 smoke 2nd floor-5.9%o2 30ppm co 0 smoke Visually inspected indoor evap coil and blower compartment Checked all electrical connections and safeties Checked volts and amps Visually inspected air filter and replaced them Rinsed condenser coil Blew out drain line and poured water to ensure properly draining Tested condensate pump Checked refrigerant levels Checked capacitor Took temps When beginning the a/c maintenance we found very high pollen and debris buildup on both condenser coils. Attempted to clean them with just water but the buildup was too thick. After getting customer authorization we chemically cleaned both condenser coils. When working on the 1st floor system we found water was leaking from the evap case. Removed the fron
