The crew arrived on time, as per usual. Unfortunately they did not clean the hood grates, they just piled them up in the dish pit for my dishwasher to clean. The hoods on the insides of the vent were clean but every other surface was still filthy. They clean the exterior of the hood in the back of the kitchen but not the one in the front. When my breakfast cook arrived at 5.30am he walked into 2 cleaners sitting on our prep table while 1 was “cleaning up”. I put it that way because they knocked a lot of debri into the floor that remained on the floor after they left. I have get my hoods cleaned by this company every 6 months and this is the first time I felt like they halfassed the job.
