Tech was very nice, quickly resolved the issue, and clearly explained the issue to me when I asked what was the problem and how he fixed it. Only issue I have is that Service Electric would not provide technician support on the weekend…my outage occurred on Friday night, but a technician wasn’t available until Monday. The technician was fantastic…just wish Service Electric would have sent them on Saturday or Sunday, so I didn’t have to wait until Monday.
