I had to review my most recent experience using Service Electric’s cable technician as it was the absolute best service call of my entire life. My wife and I had just installed Service Electric Cable in our home after DROPPING RCN Canle as Service Electric provided us a quote for the SAME EXACT CABLE LINEUP PLUS BETTER INTERNET CONNECTIONS for a whopping $70.00 LESS per month! A week after installing Service Electric Cable one of our TV’s stopped working and after calling Service Electric Cable technical support line we obtained a service appointment for just 2 days right thereafter and we even received a phone call directly from Service Electric customer service representative the next day asking us if we wanted our service appointment for a day earlier considering that they had a cancellation and a subsequent opening that could accommodate our schedule! WHAT GREAT SERVICE! So when the Service Electric service technician arrived at our home he was so apologetic and contrite that we were experiencing problems and was immediately on the problem in a matter of minutes and even reprogrammed our remote to do SECRET operations like not having to point the remote directly at the TV to turn it on or change channels and how to get the remote to automatically charge our station to the HD equivalent automatically! I cannot begin to express my gratitude and happiness for switching to Service Electric Cable from the OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RCN Cable Company. If you are considering which cable company to install in your home I urge you to use Service Electric Cable, you will not be disappointed!
