I have been a customer of yours for over thirty years. After having your new system installed this morning, I am seriously considering going to YouTube TV. On your channel lineup you took away the description that came up every time you scanned that channel. This was perfect for quickly knowing what was on that particular episode. Now, you have to stop on that channel, hit the info button to see what is actually on. Horrible feature. Greatly extends channel surfing time. Every place in the country I have visited no matter what the system, gives you this quick description. Whoever designed this new system missed the boat big time. It’s going to cost you many lost long time customers. You really dropped the ball on this one. Don’t you ever ask your customers what’s important to them? I don’t want to leave you, even though I can save about a hundred dollars a month by doing so. It’s not the money. It’s the convenience. Shame on you for charging as much as you do and taking away this VERY convenient feature that my wife and I are very used to.
The technician came on time. He was very professional and completed his task within a short period. Now I'm going to wait for some few months to see how quality the service will be.
