Arrived on, 08/15/2023 -Justin-Arrived on site and began to check over lower oven for gas smell. During initial ignition you could smell that gas due to unit trying to light burners. Once lit the smell dissipated to where there was no smell of gas. This is normal with a lot of convection ovens during the initial heating sequence. During other ignition attempts after unit was at temperature I could not detect any other gas smells. Unit is working as it should at this time.

Arrived on, 7-10-23- Randy-Investigated fryer not resetting. Found left fryer has a broken button on hi temp. reset. Spoke with the cook and he stated that hi-temp trips if set at 375 deg. Fryer is located in cafe area. I’ll order new hi temp limit switch and a thermostat control. Unit is in operation at this time. Returned on, 07/12/2023- Justin-Arrived on site and installed new hi limit and thermostat in left fryer. Verified operations and performed temperature calibration of new thermostat. All checked good at this time and unit is working as it should.

Arrived at location on 3/3/23 - Loud noise was coming from the left side evaporators right side fan motor. I replaced the fan motor with the ACME700 kit and put the unit back together. Unit is now quite but both fans for right side evaporator are starting to do the same thing. We will have to get two more ACME700 kits and return to replace. Unit is quiet and working properly as of now. Returned to location on 3/6/23 - Removed and replaced both evap fan motors for the right side evap. Ensured system is operating properly at this time.

Arrived at location on 9/23/22 - spoke to manager as to what is going on with the unit. Customer stated the unit keeps running. Checked over all switch function and found that the final rinse lever wasn’t disengaging to show cpu that rack had passed through the system. Opened doors and found a spoon stuck below the actuator. Removed and verified all operation. Showed customer where to check if this issue happens again. Recommended that they look into new dish racks as theirs are starting to get folded over and warped underneath where the dogs catch it to pull through machine.

Arrived at location on 7/15/22 - Installed drain pan right below the drain line. Customer had a power surge protector mounted to the back of the unit so I used an electrical cord that I had and wired the drain pan up to it and plugged it into the surge protector. Unit is now evaporating the drain water as it should.

Arrived at location on 4/1/22 - Checked over unit and found that the 20a fuse was blown for mag circuit. Unit had an active F3 error code as well. Pulled apart and swapped out fuse. Tested all components and found that the K2 anode relay was burnt on terminals and showed a lot of signs of arcing. Replaced fuse and went to test. I wanted to confirm due to the readings I got on the capacitors which indicated they were open on the .91 microfarad side of them. Unit popped fuse and showed F3 error again. We will need to acquire parts and return to replace. I know the one part is a tough one to get but at this point the unit is down and we need it. Returned to location on 4/4/22 - Installed new parts that were ordered for unit. Swapped out and let unit heat up to temp. After warmup period I had customer run product in. Verified all operation and unit is working good at this time.

Arrived at location on 1/28/22 - Reported on Wednesday kept filling and dishes have been spotty. Found pin hole in exit side tubing from rinse aid pump to manifold. Cut tubing back and reconnected. Chemical pumped good. Could not find any issue with filling. Could have been a stuck float or debri in valve that passed through. Floats are clean at time of service. Had gotten a message from chad about drain plunger being pushed down too far. Could not duplicate. O ring in tact and seems to be holding. Could of had debri on oring as well. Told staff to keep an eye on it and let us know if issue occurs again.

Arrived at location on 11/15/21 - Installed new fan blade. Applied some epoxy to the press joint on both sides to see if this helps with the longevity of the actual fan blade. I couldn’t find any other options to swap out with when I went to united as all the other motors were a lot larger in diameter with that shaft size. Will see how this works and if it does we will need to do this when we install them in the future.

Arrived at location on 8/5/21 - Evaporator was iced up and fans not running. Located UNMARKED WALK INN FREEZER condenser on the roof and put unit into defrost, Checked heaters and time clock. Clock was moving freely and seemed to be operating properly. Unit pumped down properly and contactor is ok. Removed remaining ice build up and started unit, fans would not come on so I checked power and found bad defrost termination switch. Once replaced fans came on once evap temp was low enough. System is operating properly at this time.
