Arrived on, 8-10-23 Ethan-Arrived and signed into the building and met Norman and Rick the maintenance men to take me to the ice machine. I began by turning the unit on and watching how it was behaving and if it was going through the ice cycle correctly. The ice machine does go through all the steps correctly, but the water level probe doesn’t tell when it senses water or if the water level is low. I also checked the ice thickness probe during harvest and the numbers went up a little bit but hardly any. I recommend that the ice thickness probe and water level probe be replaced. Customer would like price sent over what we think it will cost just a roundabout price. The maintenance department said they will more than likely order it but they need that before hand. The unit is not in operation at this time. Returned on, 08/23/23- Ethan- Arrived with parts to replace ice thickness sensor and water level probe. I replaced both of those parts and then turned the ice machine on. It was runni

I did clean out the trap and checked ops. OK ready to use.

Cleveland steamers need delimed. Left steamer, found customer wants condenser valves checked for blockage. Found condenser valves are working. Could not remove valves because water supply valve handles are missing. Found gauge glass washers are bad and cabinet steam traps leak steam. Generators may need delimed. Pressure doors and hinges look okay. Will obtain quote for repairs noted.

Could bring up calibration screen but unit would not calibrate. Called ALS & spoke to Judy. She said pull panel and check connections. Did that and reinstalled. Somewhat better. Bill said to order whole assy and two o-rings. Have items shipped to him.
