Arrived at location on 3/14/22 - Vulcan steamer is steaming when timer is off. Checked unit over, open door, steam coming out. Removed side panel. Allowed steamer to heat and cycle. Unit is cycling but is blowing steam out when hold thermostat should be keeping water at 195, should not be steaming at this temp. Hold thermostat is cycling too high. Thermostat needs replaced. Will order and return. Returned to location on 3/21/22 - Unit operational upon arrival but steaming even the timer is off - needs a new hold thermostat - dismantle old and replace the hold thermostat - install a new one - test run and observe the unit - unit operational

Arrived at location on 2/9/22 - Dishwasher in 2nd floor Terrace crossing is having issues. Not getting up to temp and using too much rinse aid chemical. Checked unit, is on and wash temp is showing 120. Opened and closed door, unit seemed to start heating up. Heats up to above 150, ok. Checked chem lines, found air pockets in rinse aid lines. Chem sensor has chemical in it and pump is only running during rinse, okay. Checked error logs for heat issue. Found multiple error codes related to sump fill level. Customer stated they are able to turn off and on again and unit will work. Likely an issue with the pressure sensor for sump fill level. If unit was not filling correctly it would more consistently not be operating. Will obtain pressure sensor and chemical lines for rinse aid. Returned to location on 2/22/22 - In kitchen, shut off unit. Unplugged unit. Removed bottom and side covers. Remove tubing from bottom to pump and install new. Replace pinch tube for rinse aid l

Arrived at location on 8/16/21 - Arrived, stated giving wash probe error intermittently. Checked over unit, is reading correct temp of 170 on wash tank, run racks through unit, rinse comes on and meets min of 180. Checked probes and temp probe for wash tank, looks okay. Moved wiring at probes, no errors. Removed top cover. Checked wiring at control board, moved wiring and unit stopped heating and gave wash probe error. Moved wiring and unit returned to normal operation. Shut off, disconnect J12 harness at control board, found pins not together properly, bent pins in connector in to seat better into J12 connection on control board. Reinsert connection. Turn on, move wiring and unit continues to work now. Will quote harness for J12 connection.
