Arrived at location on 8/18/21 - Found unit with t4 error code on display and also was running out of water in the trough, I replaced t4 thermistor from truck stock and picked up water fill probe locally and replaced, I ran two batches of ice and unit is working properly at this time.

Arrived at location on 8/16/21 - Arrived, stated giving wash probe error intermittently. Checked over unit, is reading correct temp of 170 on wash tank, run racks through unit, rinse comes on and meets min of 180. Checked probes and temp probe for wash tank, looks okay. Moved wiring at probes, no errors. Removed top cover. Checked wiring at control board, moved wiring and unit stopped heating and gave wash probe error. Moved wiring and unit returned to normal operation. Shut off, disconnect J12 harness at control board, found pins not together properly, bent pins in connector in to seat better into J12 connection on control board. Reinsert connection. Turn on, move wiring and unit continues to work now. Will quote harness for J12 connection.

Arrived at location on 7/16/21 - Stated garland range oven pilot will not stay lit. Removed old thermocouple. Install new. Pilot still not staying lit. Bad safety. Remove old safety. Install new, did have to cut pilot tubing and replace bad fitting. Tighten all connections. Test, pilot now stays lit allow to heat to 350, verify temps. Ok for use

Found FOL Ice Machine unit off on water leak safety,, Called tech support and spoke with John, he had me clean all the water sensor probes and reset board. Unit seems to be functioning properly at this time. Unit is out of warranty except for the compressor. I could not find any leaks at this time.

arrived on site and installed replacement Steamer element, generator kit, door gasket, hoses, high limit, and valve. tested unit ok for use. in testing found floor drain to be clogged. once corrected unit can be used.

10/12/2020 At location customer stated that mixing attachment isn't staying on properly. I checked over unit and found planetary shaft in poor condition. I tested the attachment on the other mixer and it very solid and secure. I will order parts and return to make repairs. 10/21/20 At location with trailer to pick up mixer. we used pallet jack to get unit outside then loaded and brought back to shop to be worked on. 10/22/20did remove the planetary gears I will need bearings before reassembly I will return. - did remove the pinion hardware. will return. 11/03/20 did replace the bearings and seal washer and nut. will return to install the planetary into the mixer and tighten the shaft nut. 11/13/20 did install the planetary and checked ops. ok ready to use. 11/18/20 loaded unit at shop onto trailer. transport to location, unload and set into place. spoke to customer (Tim), informed that dough hook is also worn out and needs replaced for long term use. would like to go ahead and order

Arrived on site and inspected Gas Fryer unit and found evidence of incomplete combustion. soot in burner tube. cleaned build up of soot from unit. checked manifold pressure and found to be a little low. made adjustments to bring it to 10wc. cleaned venturi tubes of debris and checked to make sure orifices are clean. once reassembled I had improved flame quality. did also observe baffles in unit to be in poor condition. will quote replacement parts for unit once parts are identified through manufacturer. also quote replacement of unit if out of warranty.

Walk-In Cooler Unit evaporator coil was iced up and unit was low on charge. Deiced coil and charged unit. I was here before the reopening to go over the equipment and I told them then that the package unit coils and condensate drain line are leaking and unit needs replaced. I attached a pick so we can quote replacement.

Found ice/water dispenser unit and checked for water leak. Error code on screen when I arrived, Talked with Jeff at Follett TECH support and he told me to check water probes in two locations and that is probably the problem, I removed both sets of probes and cleaned and reassembled machine, Error code cleared and unit is working properly at this time.

REF + ICE MACHINE PM - Took apart the water side of the of the cuber and sanitized each piece then rinsed with potable water and reinstalled ran through wash cycle and caught the next three drops. Confirmed operation of the ice machine. inspected each walk in cooler and freezer brushed evaporator coils as needed and blew out with dry nitrogen. drain lines were sucked out with shop vacuum. door gaskets, hinges and door closers were also inspected. - -PM the Manitowoc cuber ice machine in the kitchen sanitized each piece then rinsed with potable water and reinstalled ran through wash cycle and caught the next three drops. Very nice cube structure. PM the two Hartford (old )walk in boxes no model/serial numbers were available. the new Bally walk in freezer was PMed also all gaskets inspected. Temperatures taken on all walk in boxes and reach in refrigerators and freezers. 12/30/19 Sanitized the water side of the of of the duplex flaker and water makers in each wing and pantries according

At location to perform preventative maintenance on all cooking equipment in main kitchen and all satellite kitchens. At each piece of equipment I checked over all functions and made proper adjustments to equipment as needed I checked all unit for gas leaks were applied and wire connections and cord and plugs. At Garland range in main kitchen model H288 serial 40461. I found from left open burner with a weak flame. I removed burner and cleaned all holes. I still found weak flame do to valve not letting the proper amount of gas to burner with proper manifold pressure. I will order part with approval. At Southbend convection oven model BGS/13SC serial 18A79749 I found when temperature is set at 300 degrees it consistently under temped by 18 degrees and at higher temperatures settings it would over temp by 20 degrees. I will order new temperature probe with approval. At Wittco warming cabinet model 132-15-BC DD serial IW719612 I found unit heating well but mechanical temperature dial not

arrived, stated Dough Sheeter unit not turning on at all. checked and had power to switch, no power through switch, bypassed switch, motor runs. 7.5 amp draw, okay. will order switch and return. 11/27/19 At location with follow up part for dough machine. I installed new switch and tested unit, is working well.

Picked up parts locally and returned, removed on juice dispenser from counter and took blocks and placed under ice machine to access drain line removed drain line from unit and removed insulation from drain line and re insulated. also secured drain line from drain for ice machine was loose tightened down with hose clamp. let unit make ice all ok

Arrived at sight and kitchen employee called maintenance. 2nd shift maintenance did not know what units failed or why. Need to return tomorrow when maintenance supervisor is in. 8/13/19 Spoke to maintenance and kitchen manager and they said it's only 1 Ice machine that failed the insurance equipment inspection. The inside upper mounting bracket for the bin door was dirty, Cleaned and sanitized sent pics to Chuck Miller. Showed kitchen staff how they can do daily wipe down and cleaning. Maintenance and I checked operation and cleanliness of all other machines on 2nd floor.
