Arrived on, 08/15/3- Matt- Cabinet was at 46 degrees when I arrived and the condenser fan was running but the compressor was hot and went off on overload. The condenser coil was clean so I put gauges on to check pressures. Pressures were low so I leak checked the unit and found the access valve on the compressor suction process tube was leaking. I replaced the access valve, changed the filter drier and pulled a vacuum on the system. I added refrigerant and waited for the unit to come down to temp and with the thermostat set at 4 it cycled off at 35 degrees. Unit is now cooling properly.
