Finding good sprinkler repair service in DFW is very difficult during these hot July days. Mr. Sprinkler did! He showed up in a timely manner and gave a quote. It was more than I expected but we were installing a new yard that had been destroyed buy the 2021 freeze. My sprinkler layout included the 7 zones and 5-7 head locations. I only anted to relocate 3 heads and 1 valve. His estimate included the actual day that they would arrive to repair. They showed up as stated with 3 men and made the repairs. While inspecting the work and zones, they found a leak in the water supply line for zone 3. They dug up the area and sure enough a joint had stated leaking. Since this was a new repair, he said it would cost $150 to fix it. I said I would not pay that and asked for his boss. It took 20-30 minutes for him to give me "Bill's" phone number and that went to voice mail. I told the on-site agent I would pay $50 (an outrageous amount to install a new joint connection) but he was insistent on the $150. I do not know if he understood English well or had to follow his orders and did not have the flexibility to make on-sit adjustments. I told them to leave. One of the other men grabbed some fittings and started the repair. It was fixed and I paid the charge plus $60. My advice: Use them but insist on a reasonable charge for newly discovered repairs before starting.
