Todd is very professional and experienced with sprinkler systems and able to solve sprinkler issues very rapidly. Todd is helpful and informative and does a thorough check of the sprinkler system when he is called out. Todd will make suggestions to support or enhance your system while not trying to "up sell" you. He explains why he is suggesting systems and the explanation is logical and makes sense as a suggestion. Todd is the only one I let work on my sprinklers and I am willing to wait till he is available. And every one will tell you "engineers are the hardest folks to please" with any system.
