I was called to a home in the suburbs to perform summer maintenance on an American Standard split system. The system was installed four years ago and had not been serviced since. I arrived at the house and began by inspecting the unit for any obvious issues. I checked the refrigerant levels, cleaned the condenser coils, and tested the electrical components. I also checked the air filter and replaced it if necessary. After completing the maintenance, I tested the system to ensure it was working properly. The homeowner was very pleased with the results and thanked me for my service.
