I was called to a home in the suburbs to perform summer maintenance on a 11 year old gas package roof system. The roof was leaking in several areas, and the homeowner was concerned about the structural integrity of the roof. I inspected the roof and found that the flashing around the chimney was damaged, allowing water to seep into the roof. I replaced the damaged flashing and sealed any other areas that were leaking. I also replaced the roof vents and cleaned the gutters. The homeowner was very pleased with the work and thanked me for my prompt and professional service.
