Furnace Maintenance: Removed foliage from intake flue. Removed water from draft inducervl motor. Replaced the media filter with x6670 (16×25x1). Removed foam from the squirrel cage blower. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently. Pull HRV core and cleaned.
